Cleaning and Laundry Instructions for Stays of 3 Days or More
While towels are provided generously, if there is a shortage during long-term stays, please utilize the provided laundry detergent capsules and washing machine for reuse after washing.
There is also a coin laundry room on the 3rd floor of the building. Washing machines and dryers are available for a fee.
When the general trash is full, please use the designated volume-based trash bags from the drawer and dispose of the trash in the separate collection area on the 1st floor.
The volume-based trash bags are located in the drawer to the right of the washing machine.
When the food waste container is full, take the penguin keychain and the food waste to the separate collection area on the 1st floor.
Present the food waste card to open the trash bin, dispose of the food waste, and then present the card again to close the bin.
For stays of 4 weeks or more, we provide a complimentary cleaning service upon request.
This includes changing the bedding covers, cleaning the bathroom, handling food waste, disposing of general trash, replenishing supplies, and more.
Cleaning typically takes around 2-3 hours.
